Thank you for shopping with LNS Laser Engraver Designer LLC. We are committed to delivering high-quality custom products with reliable and timely shipping. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order.
Processing times vary depending on the product type:

  • Custom T-shirts / Hoodies / Apparel: 2–5 business days

  • Laser-engraved items (Yeti cups, bottles, plaques, awards, etc.): 2–7 business days

  • Large bulk orders: 5–10 business days

Processing time does NOT include shipping time.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via USPS or UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (when available)

Delivery time may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

📍 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at checkout.
You will receive a message when your order is ready for pickup.
(A quick custom note: If you want to list ACDT Academy, I can add it.)

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier link to track your package

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

🛑 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

  • Refunds are NOT issued for orders lost due to incorrect address.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Lost packages

  • Delivery to the wrong address if entered incorrectly

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us so we can help file a claim with the carrier.

🌎 Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States.
(If you want international shipping added, I can update this.)

❗ Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom items (apparel, engraving, photos, names, logos) are:

  • Made to order

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-refundable except for defects

Shipping time begins only AFTER production is complete.
