At LNS Laser Engraver Designer LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel and engraved products. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Final Sale & Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom, personalized, made-to-order, and engraved items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom colors, sizes, or designs

Special order or made-to-order items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
